Hi, I’m Fred Tuggle, a software developer in Coppell, TX and married to an awesome  wife, Sharon, who is a personal trainer and massage therapist.

I’m a windsurfing junkie and enjoy outdoor sports like mountain biking, cycling, snowboarding, hiking, and swimming. When I have time, I love to cook and trying new recipes from www.foodnetwork.com. I also enjoy trying new foods from some of Dallas’ many restaurants. See where I’ve been eating recently.

In my spare time I enjoy working on some fun projects and playing with new technologies. Right now I’m volunteering my time to the local windsurfing club by maintaining their website www.ntwr.org.
