The Huevos y Papas are awesome – Crispy diablo potato cakes topped with salsa, green chiles, jack cheese, eggs cooked to order and fire roasted tomatillo sauce. Served with fresh strawberries and melon.

If you like Mexican food and have a big appetite, you need to try the Sunday Breakfast Brunch – $16.95/person. There is so much to pick from that you have take one small spoonful of each thing if you want to try most of the items. But save some room for desert.

This restaurant is new and just opened in Irving. It’s right around the corner from Cavalli Pizza. Sharon tried the tortilla soup and I got the soft tacos which were pretty good. The one neat thing about this place is the salsas because they have about 8 different kinds to choose from.

The chicken pad thai here was average and here’s the reason I say it’s average. I don’t like pad thai that has a lot of sauce and is too sweet. The places where the sauce is drier is generally better tasting. This could be based the style or region where this recipe originated.
