The chicken pad thai here was average and here’s the reason I say it’s average. I don’t like pad thai that has a lot of sauce and is too sweet. The places where the sauce is drier is generally better tasting. This could be based the style or region where this recipe originated.

I needed to get out of the office and run some errands. So I stopped by one of favorite Thai restaurants and had some Ka-Pow (sweet basil chicken) for lunch.
The first course consisted of soup and an tiny eggroll. The main dish I ordered was of my favorites – Spicy Sweet Basil $8 with a spicy level of 1. It wasn’t very spicy, but what can I expect for a "1". Brown rice costs $1 more.
